Each round includes 30 seconds of focused work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated twice allowing you to perfect the movement. Together in this Yin Yang class, we will move through a Yang inspired mat flow then transition into a slow, restorative Yin flow on the reformer.The practice invites balance between effort and ease, helping you strengthen, soften, and find harmony within body and mind.
