I have had the pleasure of attending a few classes at Sonne Pilates & Yoga and having been to a fair few different reformer studios over the years, I can honestly say it has been a game-changer for both my physical and mental well-being. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced they take the time to explain each movement clearly and offer modifications to ensure you're working at your own pace.

The classes themselves are well-structured and challenging, yet rewarding. They offer a perfect mix of strength, flexibility, and balance training.The community at Sonne is another highlight. There’s such a positive, encouraging vibe among fellow participants, and it really makes a difference in how motivated you feel. Everyone is there to better themselves, and the camaraderie within the studio is lovely.

The most beautiful space, can’t beat the view! I always feel so welcomed, and love starting my day at Sonne. Jodie, Em and Lisa really know how to create a great Pilates workout, with attention to detail and helping correct my form when needed, to get the most out of the workout and avoid injury. I have found my dream Pilates studio at Sonne!

Professional studio. Best quality reformers in town. The views are incredible, makes a workout so much more enjoyable.
